Ready for the Dump in Less than Two Years!

Needed it to fit between two built-it shelves. It’s primarily use has been to reheat food and coffee. Yesterday, I put in a cold sandwich on a paper towel to reheat. Halfway through the heating, the unit went dead. I checked and found it had tripped the circuit breaker. Reset the breaker and the microwave came back to life. Tried heating my sandwich, but breaker tripped again. This time, the breaker would not stay reset; it immediately tripped. I unplugged the microwave and now the circuit breaker resets like it should. Really disappointed that this thing didn’t even last two years! Warranty expired after one year. Not worth the expense of shipping it in for repair. Our previous microwave was a Panasonic, and it lasted over fifteen years. Prior to purchasing this, I read a lot of bad reviews on this microwave on Best Buy and other online sellers. Wished I had taken everyone’s advice to avoid this product!

I feel like not having a push button for the door is kind cool but kind of silly; it works though. The touch buttons are a little finicky and don't always register though. Would still buy again.

I bought this for myself about 5yrs ago and recently bought another for my parents. It looks nice and does the job. Just expect after a few years for it not to be as powerful in heating everything all the way through
