Nice compact presets work good no burnt popcorn bags

A microwave is something you don't purchase often. I put off the purchase of a new one until I couldn't even make popcorn... We are very happy with the ease of use and in fact, our grandkids love using it too. We like the easy and quick 30 second increments button. I have no complaints.

I've never had a microwave that I didn't have to custom adjust heating instructions for! I eat popcorn almost daily and love the auto popcorn button, pops perfectly every single time. The flat touch buttons make it easy to clean and the musical default melody for the timer is much less jarring than the classic microwave beeping. Great job, LG!

One of the best on the market and looks good in the kitchen

This little microwave does the job. It has a sleek design that looks good on the counter. The inside door timer controls are easy to use. The outside outside quick start-30 second button is easy to see and use. Holds a full sized dinner plate. Makes "happy" sounds to remind you that the timer went off.

A perfect smaller microwave oven with music to boot!

I love my LG- NeoChef microwave. Very easy to operated and just big enough for my counter. There is a bigger one if you need a larger one. This was a great buy.

My old (much bigger) microwave died. I bought this one online and let's just say I was surprised how small it was. But it did the job. The one thing I absolutely hate though is how you have to open the door to see the buttons. There is very limited functionality when the door is shut, which is just bizarre.

I really like the compact version. It fits nicely on my counter.

I like this microwave. Its quiet to close when kids are sleeping and its quiet when it runs. I think I got a bad one because a year and 2 months after buying, the magnetron went bad and caught fire inside the unit. No major damage. LG has a great warranty on the part but very inconvenient to have someone repair it vs replacing the unit. Make sure you buy the Best Buy warranty on these. Apparently the issue with the magnetron is a common way they fail and is not unheard of. I think it might have just been the luck of the draw. But it was a great unit for the year I had it. Just needed to get the Best Buy warranty for ease of swapping out.

My overall experience with this microwave has been fantastic. It's perfect size for a smaller kitchen, apartment, or if you just like to save some counter space. At first the chiming when your food is complete was something to get use to but once I got use to it it was great. Definitely recommend it heats food up very well.
