I bought this microwave 1 year ago as open box with some details in the back, but it works perfectly, beautiful design, perfect size for me, and easy to clean.

Unfortunately, this is my second one of these microwaves. The first started sparking in less than a year. The second made it 4 days past the year mark and must now be exchanged. Luckily, I purchased the extended warranty. Don’t leave the store with out it. Nothing is made to last anymore.

I bought this because of the price and at the time I didn't realize how fancy it was. I would have been perfectly fine with buttons; this touchscreen stuff is a bit different. I've gotten used to it and it works well so I kept it.

I love my new microwave it’s modern, advance user friendly and energy efficient. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had the insignia but after years it died it was ok, i decided to spend more and got this ite awesome she loves it. Happy love my LG microwave.

Works well and cup of water super hot in 45 seconds.

Heats things up 10 times quicker than my old microwave.

Will have to see if this unit can stand the test of time. So far I'm very happy with this Microwave.

I had same microwave which broke by few days after the warranty date by Best Bye. It popped and sparkled. I could have repaired simply by replacing the Mica sheet. LG may consider providing its own extended warranty,

It's a very nice microwave. The inside is very roomy and I like the numbers and letters are very visible.

Very nice well made microwave, The material is high quality and looks good. My last microwave was corroding on the inside but this one has a higher grade coating.

Quality microwave that cooks more evenly than others we have had. Not a fan of the "auto reheat" because it's just a 20 second timer. I was told it would reheat leftovers as needed, so far it's just 20 seconds for everything I've reheated. Also the defrost is odd.

Practical, luxurious and inexpensive and quick. Great buy.

Great looking microwave but limited in features. Can't input actual minutes or seconds you want, gotta input by 10's.

I love this microwave. One of the best thing is it doesn't beep but plays a tune. What a clever idea. I also like the fact that the door is manual. I've had the push button ones and they've always broken. I would highly recommend this product.

Luv it soo much does leave finger prints tho but easy to clean so far an luv da music it plays an the reminder is cool great investment so far best microwave I have owned hands down now I hope it last as long as the warranty says
