This microwave heats up food really well, and very evenly.

I like the microwave. I needed a better quality one and this also a nice tone when the items are done heating. I just use a micro for heating have not figured other options. I like you can push start gives you 30 seconds and you push again for 30 more.

I bought this during the black friday deal in 2019. It works perfectly fine. The popcorn is really cooked very nice. The only downside is the music it plays after the cooking is done. The music keep playing approximately every 3 minutes until you open it. The touch option works very nice.

OMG, This is one my best Microwave. It is techy. The family falls in Love with it right away.

This microwave is one of the smallest and powerful that I could find. It looks great too!! Nice clean lines with dark grey features with stainless steel. I wanted something small and powerful to replace the big microwave that mounts on the wall right over the stove. It is very quiet as well. Highly recommended!

I bought this for my son to use at college. It fits perfectly over his mini fridge/freezer. It has very unique features, the sound for food being done is a sweet little jingle.

I liked this microwave at first. But, in just about a year after purchase (therefore no longer eligible for the warranty) it stopped working. And, I really rarely used it, 2-3 times per week at the most. So, this is now going to the landfill because I'm certain repair costs would likely be around the same as the price of a new one. Not sure if I'd recommend this to anyone, unless they only want it to look nice, and work briefly. It's a shame too, because I like LG products.

I was taken in with the sexy styling and controls but after using it for a while am disappointed. The biggest problem is that I cannot set it in less than 10 second cooking increments. For longer cooking times that jumps up to 30 seconds. I could probably live with 5 second steps but I always finding myself having to monitor the cooking time and manually stop it. Even still I've found it to be inconsistent in cooking things for the same time. For instance, cooking the same item for the same time sometimes comes out overcooked or undercooked. If slightly undercooked, I have to give it at least another 10 seconds which can overcook it if I'm not careful. Like the look, like the controls BUT I would have been better off and satisfied with a good old fashioned one which doesn't try to be too fancy.

Bought this in a hurry when old one broke. Had I read reviews would not have bought. Annoying musical tones on start and end of cooking. Can’t disable them. And most of controls are inside, behind the door.

Recommended for small things works good nice design

The only reason for giving it less than 5 stars is that the cooking timer goes up in 10 second increments, so I can time something for 25 seconds. It's not a big deal, but it is a little bit less precise than the previous microwave I had.

Easy to set timer. nice chime when timer is up. Setup is easy.

Great upgrade from our 10 year old Panasonic. I like that you don't see the control panel on the outside. Door shuts nicely (not too loud). In the first week, it seems to perform better cooking oatmeal, reheating meals, and heating water. Very satisfied so far.
