Excellent microwave. I own several LG products and it is quickly becoming my favorite brand. I like the short tune played when the cooking time ends. My LG washing machine does the same with a different tune.

Does the job as intended for a small microwave. The defrost settings work better than. Most microwaves we’ve had before.

Touch screen feature is awesome and has a nice sleep design. LG always delivers.

Very nice looking.... without buttons, dials etc on the front makes it look ultra modern. Cooks fine, LED light inside is really nice. There's a silly sound it makes when cooking is done but other than that I love this thing.

Microwave has been a big improvement over my previous one. If you're looking for a bigger capacity, look elsewhere! However, for our needs, this thing has been great. Easy to use and it plays a little jingle when the food is done :)

We wanted to love this microwave! Looks nice, feels well constructed, cooked/warmed/defrosted beautifully.. but every time it was on it would disrupt 2.4ghz wifi devices (smart speaker in the kitchen, phones in the vicinity). This is absolutely not normal and not acceptable, no matter how complacent folks on the internet are about it. Our 11 year old GE never did this (and operated on 2.4ghz). We returned it and bought another GE to try. No wifi disruptions from the GE model. Thank you to Best Buy for an easy return process! Was unsure how to give the star rating because, as I wrote above, it performed well as a microwave.. perhaps I could knock the stars down in performance due to the WiFi issue.. but cooking and quality were 5 stars for sure.

fits in a small space heats evenly and the alarm sound isn't real obnoxious. you can turn it off if it bothers you

We had had this model before and knew what we were getting.One thing it burns the popcorn on the popcorn setting.

I needed a very specific product to replace my other microwave: it needed to be not-too-deep, not-too-tall...in other words, a Goldilocks microwave. This fit the bill, yet it took some time for me to get use vis-a-vis usability.

Seems to work well and is great in the looks department. Not so great in the user interface department as the setting of the time for cooking precisely is tedious. The inner coating in the unit is easy to wipe clean though and that is nice.

This smaller but efficient unit is so great that we have bought one for our new home! It fits nicely on a shelf in our coffee area! The price has increased since we bought our first one but it is well worth it. It is easy to use and FAST!

Great microwave but is smaller than most microwaves. Struggles to even fit a microwavable popcorn bag. But other than ita small form factor it is a good product that im glad to have purchased.

It’s good, don’t get me wrong it cooks the food really well. But something about the interface takes a while to get used to. The scroller and not being able to put in an exact number was kind of strange to me.

so far, this microwave has been working good as expected, is pretty fast to get your food ready, just a small detail if you are looking for a big microwave this is not recommended.

Just as advertised with fine service and delivery. We're very pleased in every respect with this product and Best Buy.

The microwave seemed like a good model. However, it was not till I got it home and had somebody help me label it that I found out that it does not have number buttons on it. I am visually impaired and did not know this from any reading I had done. I’m not knocking the unit itself just the information on it. If it had mentioned there were no number buttons on the display it would’ve been Moore helpful. So if anybody who is looking at reviews, you use the plus and minus buttons to set your cooking time.

Interface is somewhat quirky - and clunky compared to simpler ones, but manageable. Function is good. Construction is elegant and innovative. Stainless finish good, but it gets soiled easily. Wish it came in white.
