Wonderful. We did not expect too much because we were disappointed so many times with these purchases

Seems to work well and is great in the looks department. Not so great in the user interface department as the setting of the time for cooking precisely is tedious. The inner coating in the unit is easy to wipe clean though and that is nice.

I needed a very specific product to replace my other microwave: it needed to be not-too-deep, not-too-tall...in other words, a Goldilocks microwave. This fit the bill, yet it took some time for me to get use vis-a-vis usability.

I liked this microwave at first. But, in just about a year after purchase (therefore no longer eligible for the warranty) it stopped working. And, I really rarely used it, 2-3 times per week at the most. So, this is now going to the landfill because I'm certain repair costs would likely be around the same as the price of a new one. Not sure if I'd recommend this to anyone, unless they only want it to look nice, and work briefly. It's a shame too, because I like LG products.

This smaller but efficient unit is so great that we have bought one for our new home! It fits nicely on a shelf in our coffee area! The price has increased since we bought our first one but it is well worth it. It is easy to use and FAST!

It’s good, don’t get me wrong it cooks the food really well. But something about the interface takes a while to get used to. The scroller and not being able to put in an exact number was kind of strange to me.

Great microwave but is smaller than most microwaves. Struggles to even fit a microwavable popcorn bag. But other than ita small form factor it is a good product that im glad to have purchased.

Does the job as intended for a small microwave. The defrost settings work better than. Most microwaves we’ve had before.

Technology used by this microwave oven allows an outstanding heat distribution in food in comparison with other ones in the market. In spite of its size, it delivers enough power allowing relatively shorter heating times. No issue found so far with it.

Interface is somewhat quirky - and clunky compared to simpler ones, but manageable. Function is good. Construction is elegant and innovative. Stainless finish good, but it gets soiled easily. Wish it came in white.

I bought this particular microwave because I wanted something that took up less countertop space. It is a smaller footprint, but still large enough to accommodate everything I use the microwave to cook. It cooks evenly and has a turntable. My issue is with the controls - no numerical keypad to enter the time you want to cook an item. You have to press "+" repeatedly until you reach the number of minutes. There is a touch-screen type slider bar on the front, but I've found it difficult to adjust to the time I want using it. Same thing with cooking level - press + or - repeatedly. Think I would have kept looking if I had realized this before I ordered.

so far, this microwave has been working good as expected, is pretty fast to get your food ready, just a small detail if you are looking for a big microwave this is not recommended.

Open box purchase: it had a minor scratch at the top, but it works like new.

fits in a small space heats evenly and the alarm sound isn't real obnoxious. you can turn it off if it bothers you

The microwave seemed like a good model. However, it was not till I got it home and had somebody help me label it that I found out that it does not have number buttons on it. I am visually impaired and did not know this from any reading I had done. I’m not knocking the unit itself just the information on it. If it had mentioned there were no number buttons on the display it would’ve been Moore helpful. So if anybody who is looking at reviews, you use the plus and minus buttons to set your cooking time.

We had had this model before and knew what we were getting.One thing it burns the popcorn on the popcorn setting.

Was replacing an old microwave that no longer had a visible panel. Our microwave does not get a lot of use so the requirements were basic. This model fits the bill perfectly!

I like it very much. I would prefer being able to enter cooking time instead of pushing to increment time by 10 seconds. Other than that minor issue I recommend based on style and performance.

The microwave itself is beautiful & does a good job cooking & reheating, but the little song it plays when the timer is done is extremely annoying. What makes it worse is that there’s no way to turn it off or turn the volume down.

Haven’t learn how to work it yet love the size. Color
