I purchased this microwave last year and out of no where this microwave broke. Just stopped heating my food. I had no concern because engraved on the front is, 10 Year Warranty, specific to the magnetron. So, I call LG and they tell me that I need to bring it to Best Buy for repair or an eventual replacement. Well I bring it to a local Best Buy to then have the associate laugh and state that this happens all the time and there is nothing they can do unless I purchased insurance on it. Ridiculous. I then call LG again and they mention that my warranty is out for any repair or labor so if in fact the magnetron is broken, I need to pay for repair which could take weeks.... Ridiculous. I will never buy an LG appliance again and most likely never purchase it from Best Buy as well due to the limited support I received. Do not buy this microwave, the reviews are suspiciously overwhelming at 5 stars.
