Number1: The door isn’t a really tight seal when closed it’s rather loose. The same issue also creates problems when pressing buttons due to the door not being close to buttons. The second issue is personal but I think a backlit panel would give more versatility to the location of placing the microwave.

However, the packaging is awful. I opened the box using a box cutter and as I did so I saw the inscription "Do not open with a knife". Too late, the top of the microwave is package against the box top with no protective cardboard or anything else. I have a new microwave with a nice straight scratch across the top. What would have been a 5 star review gets a 3.
