I've never been a huge fan of "quick cook" features on microwaves, so I miss being able to easily punch in a cook time. Not a huge deal. I had a nightmare about clowns the night after I bought it because of the carnival/ circus-y sounding song it plays when the food is ready.

I immediately noticed that when using the product, there was a burring like smell. I called LG to complain and they told me they didn't know of such cases. Anyway, I used it and gradually within a year, it wasn't heating properly. What normally used to take 1 minute to heat now takes 4 to 5 minutes. Though this is a stylish and compact microwave, it doesn't take away from the fact that it is a terrible, terrible, product. I don't understand how it has such a high rating. Do not buy!
