You can't even pick the time you want it only does in 10 second intervals and you have to open the door to use the panel. Crazy. Also, it sounds like a Nintendo game everytime it finishes cooking, really strange sounds on this microwave.

It would not last even 2 years

It's been 1 year and 7 month and it just stopped working after making a fizz sound. LG has been going down in quality continuously over the years and now I am hesitant to recommend electronics from this company. Not worth the extra money.

The +- buttons make it easy to dial in the exact time you want without having to use the numeric keypad. That being said, the first one we purchased had the display go out after about 34 days. That was exchanged for a new one, which now after ~2 months is not heating fully and is going in for warranty work. Cannot recommend based on the build quality we've experienced.

Power is at max settings so no change there but it definitely doesn't heat as well as it did

Two doors to open and buttons on both make this so confusing I dislike this microwave so much. Music plays instead of a beep - would not recommend though it works fine it's complicated and not user friendly.

Not usable. Never liked LG stuff (refused to do anthing when a 1 year old refrigerator caught FIRE), but son liked the design. Returned and got Magic Chef for half the price.

I wish I had read the reviews more closely - after 6 months the panel on the inside of the microwave started sparking. This is a known issue apparently and getting LG to do anything about it has been a nightmare. I am very disappointed - first bad experience I had with LG - but I will look more closely before I buy anymore LG appliances
