    It doesn't seem to heat as it should compared to other microwave ovens of the same size and type. Not sure if this was due to user error but the Power Hi button needs to be pressed for every single heating job. The design is nice but it is too small for our family of four. We will be returning this.

    Stop Heating After a Month

    It was good at first, but after month or so it just stoped heating. I called Geek Squad to schedule a repair, because I also got two year protection plan. Nobody showed up. I called and reschedule and got bill for 100 dollars plus repairs!!! It more than the half of the product! I don't see a point of it. The microwave is bad, and protection plan is garbage.

    I was looking for a compact microwave and thought this would be perfect after reading the specs......measurements were different then what was in the discription...not by much but when I went to put it in place it was a bit to large. Also wattage was different then was in the specs in your sight....but still more then other compact microwave..... I'm sure this is a nice unit just not for me

    Small and inefficient.

    We bought this because we have limited counter space but had to return it because it was too small. You couldn’t hardly fit anything in it. We really disliked the panel for buttons. You had to have the door open to use the buttons and then close it before starting it.

    difficult to understand directions.

    Some items you get a lot of steam, can't understand why. No setting for soup..We need a microwave with these exact measurements to fit on our countertop. We had this model before it only lasted a little over a year. You Have to buy a warranty if you buy this machine. Very disappointed in this LG product.

    Microwave worked well, but 6 months in the magnetron blew out. Never had a microwave break under normal usage in such a short amount of time. Will definitely be looking at a different brand to replace it.

    we bought the 1st one after 16 days failed: probably the magnetron inside. Was outside the Best Buy returning window. Contact LG that promised reimburse of the 1st after got another one. We gave the chance. Result: received the 2nd one.. No motor working at all. We will go tomorrow to best buy to return and working to ger reimburse from Lg with 1st one. Terrible product related to motor reliability.

    Doesn’t heat evenly, creates a lot of moisture oddly which I then noticed squealing after 4months of use I’m assuming to moisture buildup and rust somewhere? Definitely looks nice but I’ve had better microwaves that came with apartments

    Stopped working after 14 months.

    Only lasted 14 months then it stopped working all together. Contacted LG customer service. They said they could send someone out to look at & the charge would be a minimum of $350!! We just bought a new microwave instead that is not an LG.

    Caution! Unit sparks!

    Our LG, purchased in June 2021, was priced right and seemed to work. However, it appears to be flawed, dangerously so. For example, when I try to melt a stick of butter in a Pyrex cup, the unit sparks! Fortunately I hadn’t stepped away from it and was able to shut it down immediately. I’ve tried a few more times and it does the same. I’ve managed to compensate by adding a full cup of water in the chamber. (A partial cup isnt sufficient.) nevertheless, this is a dangerous problem.

    Manufacture date April 2021. Purchased September 2021. Stops working April 2023. Really? Is that the typical life of a microwave? I am turning really sour on LG products. The washer dryer we purchased work when they desire and now this microwave. Hoping for a hail mary pass on the refrigerator.

    Disappointed .... can not see choices without door open. Should have taken it back immediately before box was thrown out. Ended up putting in another location as back would be exposed to water from sink.

    The microwave did not work for me unfortunately. I bought it for my semi truck. When I plugged into the outlet in the truck I hear a buzz sound not sure why when I push start button microwave turns off immediately very disappointed. Would like to get a replacement free of charge. I like quality products I don’t mind paying asking price for quality but when the product is not working what can I do?

    Nice features, weird noises

    Had an LG that was too big for our space. Found this one. Fits great. Microwaves features are a bit odd but seems nice. A few seconds into the first use it started making a weird noise, sounded like a power supply issue. Then Tried it in several different plugs. Same result. Then I read all the one star reviews. Exchanged it for another unit, same result out of the box. Will be returning this and getting a different brand.

    Has stopped heating. It runs, lights on, table turns but no internal heat. Have had for 2 years. Basically use to melt butter & reheat leftovers.
