    You must have he manual with the microwave to remember settings to cook items. Not easy too use. If I used it for more than warm up I would send it back. Do not buy.

    I I have had it for a couple months period on day three it started making sounds and it takes forever to heat anything up. The worst microwave I've ever had.

    Great microwave but just stopped working 1 year and 10 months into it. Did not buy a protection plan so - out of luck

    Okay microwave

    Microwave doesn’t heat up food as vast as other microwaves. What would take 1 minute to warm up food on a different microwave, this one takes 2.5 minutes. I don’t recommend.

    Loved the microwave for the first 15 months after that it started arcing inside. The 10 year warranty is a joke. After a year you might as well throw it away if something goes wrong. I bought a more expensive microwave thinking it would last and that was a mistake. My first microwave lasted over 15 years this one was 15 months...

    Like LG products but…….

    Tried to like this microwave but first one didnt work out of box. Got a new one it worked for a while then it also quit heating food. Took second one back for store credit. I like lg products a lot but this microwave is not good.

    Treat this microwave as disposable. I purchased the unit 2 years and 3 months ago and it has failed already. You are better off saving your money and buying a cheaper no name brand than this unit.

    Loud Buzzing and Odd sounds

    Thh microwave had a loud buzzing noise coming from the electrical outlet when it was plugged in. Tried multiple outlets and had the same problem. Also had odd sounds. Returned immediately for a different brand

    Bought this as my first & second microwave. First one broke after 2 years. I’m like okay Let me try this again one more time. The second one broke again after using it for 6 months. The microwave would smell terrible and a weird light coming from its left side. I do not recommend buying this at all.

    Front glass was broken, gave me a hard time trying to get another one , or my money back. Guess he thought I broke it. Didn’t have to break to return. Very disappointed at the service I received.Been a cardholder for years.

    We loved it for a while but then it started malfunctioning just like our old LG microwave and customer service through LG is non existent.

    Works great if you like terrible controls

    Heats foods up just fine, but controls area terrible. So far only can program cooking time in multiples of 10 seconds. If you want to heat food for 25, 32, 48 seconds, forget it, just 10,20,30,40,,,,,,,, And when is done you have to listen to an annoying song chime, which can not be changed.

    This microwave was not all the sales guy cracked it up to be. Yes it's compact, but it doesn't get hot. It takes multiple tries to heat your food.. Ughhh

    Odd Child Lock feature

    The unit is not simple to use when child lock feature keeps getting turned on. We spend too much time trying to figure out why it won't run. When it cooks its fine.

    Worst microwave I’ve ever bought or seen. I bought over website never again. You have to open the door to use the buttons to control anything. I had a LG before but no one with any common sense would want this.

    Don’t bother

    Takes a very long time to warm anything. A cup of coffee takes 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. A small bowl of soup takes 3 minutes. My old oven took 39 seconds to make coffee hot. This is the second LG. First one had same problem heating. Then the magnetron set the unit on fire. Replaced with same model. Still doesn’t heat. I’m looking around for something else.
