I bought this unit a year and half ago and it now sparks often. Unit is clean and I am the only one that uses it from time to time. Sad to see how poor these are built now days. My mom has a very old one that still runs great.
Its an odd microwave that takes getting used too.

This microwave is inadequate. It does not have the power to heat a bowl of soup. The beeper is obnoxious. It is difficult to see the labels. The platter does not spin evenly and rattles as it turns. All in all a waste of time and money.

Caught fire in just over 1 year. Was used fairly lightly and only for reheating purposes. Quite shocked with this. My previous LG Microwave lasted for 14 years without a single issue while this conked in 14 months!! Stay away from this product.

Dangerous safety hazard. Unit is flawed and sparks. Fortunately we were standing nearby. This happened repeatedly, despite the fact that we were using microwave safe containers to melt butter or boil water.

Worst microwave that I have ever owned!! I had to replace it after less than a year. It was taking 3:00 minutes to heat a cup of water. You can only do time in increments of 10 seconds. It started my pineapple on fire!!!!!
