    It stopped working in about a week. The good thing is bestbuy's return policy.

    This microwave is terrible. The digital display is intermittent. LG does not back up their warranty or product. Do not purchase LG products!

    This microwave started displaying an irreparable error message after not much use. Super disappointing since I was under the impression it was on the higher end. Buyers beware!

    It says 10 years warranty but now just 7 months of use I smelled a burning wire with crackling sound effects....good thing I’m watching it every time I use it...scary to buy this product again!

    It's fun to operate, but it started making funny sounds. This could be an assembly issue. Do not recommend this product.

    I returned the microwave once I realized you have to OPEN the door to use the controls, every time even for minor adjustments.

    Died within 10 uses.

    Used it less than 10 times.. Now when I push the START button, the kitchen circuit breaker trips. It died 1 day past the allowable return date to Best Buy. LG warranty service is a nightmare.

    It can do anything but not heat my food

    Once I purchased, everything worked well except the heating function. The plate is rotating and the light is on, but the food and drink never got heated. I just need a microwave!

    After under 2 years Microwave started to spark taking it back today for complete refund and not going with LG again nope.

    It was an amazing microwave at first. I didn't even have it a year and the inside side panel caught on fire. Returned and replaced it with something else.

    Pro: great size for a counter top microwave when you have limited counter space Con: very very very low power. Couldn't even pop popcorn.
