it is not working after four and half month. the quality is so poor!

This item was terrible, 3rd use it caught fire inside and shorted out.

Totally broken after 9 months, almost set fire to itself

This only worked for 16 days. I am not pleased with the microwave.

This was the right size microwave. I love the simplicity of using it and the sleekness of it. I was looking for a high wattage oven and this oven is fits the bill in what I was searching for in a microwave.

This microwave is perfect for small spaces. The design appears extremely modern, and the controls are easy to use. And it also sings when your food is done cooking. Highly recommend this microwave!

We are very happy with this microwave! It has even heating of food and is very easy to operate. The presets (i.e. popcorn, defrost, etc) work well. Even the tone at the end of heating is pleasant! It plays music instead of annoying beeps. Nice size too.

It works great. It is smaller and I like it! Love the sing song when timer is up. I love that it has no outside handle. Looks sleek. Easy to wipe.

I downsized when I bought this and am very happy with the purchase. It does everything I need for food and drinks. I like the little musical jingle it provides when the timer is done. Microwave looks great and is easy to clean.

I've been looking for a replacement for my 32 year old microwave. I wanted one with contemporary features in a smaller form factor. Except for a few nits, this one seems to fill the bill perfectly. I was looking for at least 1000W, inverter or similar technology, a turntable and a reputation for reliability. The nits? I am used to a number pad that allows me to punch in the time I want. The interior is gray, whereas white is the norm. The ability to mute sound would be nice. So far I am happy with this choice. I will come back and revisit this review after I've had a chance to use this product for a while.

How to rate this oven? Until today, I would have rated it as 5 stars. This evening it is kaput. I bought this oven on 4/27/21. Today, 2 yrs, 10 months later, there was a bang, a burnt smell and smoke inside. Until today, I really loved this oven, everything about it. But in 30+ years I have never owned a microwave that had such a short life. Silly me, I didn't buy an extended warranty, which, given how short lived appliances seem to be these days, is pretty much a necessity. Overall, what I would say is this WAS a great microwave, great design, beautiful, easy to clean, as long as it worked. If you choose to buy this LG oven, I strongly advise buying an extended warranty because you may need it. I've seen a lot of reviews elsewhere saying the oven appeared to die a sudden death in the same manner as mine did.

Have had this microwave for about 5 years, and it finally bit the dust. It was the best one I ever had, so I’m buying another. It’s easy to clean, is nice looking, and you can fit a normal size plate inside for easy left-over warm-ups. There are no seams inside that collect water and rusts, so clean-up is easy, and stays nice throughout the years. The only negative thing for me is the repetitive musical reminder. One time is fine, but this thing reminds you several times, and can get on your nerves.

This microwave is little expensive compare to other, but good looking on the counter top. It is working very well and 1040w, which heat up food very fast. You can touch and slide to increase/reduce cooking time. I love to get another one for my daughter college dorm. Unfortunately, the school won't allow more than 900w. Those who looking for microwave, you will not disappoint.

I purchased this microwave in October 2019. It lasted just shy of 14 months before exhibiting a very annoying failure mode. Once or twice every day, it would just stop in the middle of heating food and refuse to start again. It would not power down or reset, it would simply act as if someone had pressed the stop button, but pressing start would not resume the heating. After a few minutes of fiddling with it (pressing stop/clear, opening/closing door), it would eventually start to work again. So still usable, but VERY annoying. Luckily, I had purchased the 4-year Geek Squad Protection Plan, so I was able to return it for a store credit. Until it started flaking out, it worked fine. Heated food quickly and evenly. No complaints there. It looks fantastic, but the design definitely prioritizes form over function. I found that I missed having a numeric keypad that I could use to just type in duration. For example, it's impossible to specify a heat time less than 30 seconds. You just have to start it and then stop it manually.

I am so pleased with this microwave! I live in an apartment with a small kitchen, and this microwave fits on the kitchen counter beautifully. And works great as well! Love LG products and this was a win, win! Thank you!

Perfect size and perfect performance. The microwave was a perfect gift on the kitchen counter. It was Christmas gift from my parents. Thanks mom and dad. Next year dinner on me
