After one year working like a charm, my microwave TOTALLY STOPPED WORKING and I got the error code “F-17” and called LG. They told me that it’s just over one year since purchase, so there is absolutely nothing they will do for me except refer me to local repair shops which I am financially responsible for all repairs. Come on LG... ONE YEAR? I invested in a microwave that sings a little song so that it would last a long time. If I had known it would be trash after one year, I would have only spent $50 on it. I really care for the planet, and I’m sad I now have to throw this machine in the landfill. I asked the representative at LG if there’s any type of recycling for this metal machine, and she told me no, just to dump it in the nearest dumpster. I’m so bummed because I loved the tunes this thing sings when your food is ready. For one year, this baby worked like a charm. But after just one year, it entirely stopped working. Incredibly disappointed with LG’s quality this time.

Control pad is inside door, so you have to press enter, then close door to press start. Once door is closed, outside panel is dark which is annoying at night.

However, the popcorn is almost burnt using the popcorn button & the defrost ALWAYS cooks the meat around the edges. I'm not impressed with the use of it, just the look. Also I really like the small space it takes up on the counter & it cleans up easily.
