This purchase is a replacement for the same model purchased a few years ago—couldn’t wait for replacement part to be sent and repairs made. Will repair at our leisure for back-up.

Broke &rusted in 8 months

I have all stainless steel appliances, including a 12 year old dishwasher and none have rusted with the exception of my LG microwave. This is my only LG appliance. Spent 45 minutes on phone with LG- uploaded receipt, photo of serial &model number. After 45 minutes on phone they instructed that I need to wait for them to send snail mail letter then I send them (through snail mail) the sticker with model number. It will takes months to get a refund- insane. LG makes it as difficult as possible to get a refund on their defective products. Would give zero stars if possible.

Besides fitting perfect it operates less efficiently. I figured with 1040 watts it should be fairly powerful this is not as strong as expected but still efficient
