This microwave was bought to replace an older LG 2.2 cu ft. model that id been using for a number of years. although "smaller" this version is plenty large and i haven't had anything not fit , it is also a higher wattage and works much better for frozen dinners and such. it has a number of automatic settings i use almost every day and cleans quickly. I'd say BUY! you won't be dissappointed

I love this LG NeoChef Microwave Oven. The size is perfect for my counter top - and the interior is spacious. It didn't take long for us to get used to not having buttons to push to set the cooking time...you can press the start button one or more times to add 30 second increments to the cook time, or you can use the slide bar to add the amount of time you want your food to cook. I love that this microwave doesn't have an annoying beeping sound when the food is done...instead it has a pretty melody that plays. This microwave has a lot of power and the food cooks quickly and evenly. My entire family is very happy with this microwave.

The unit is quite modern looking, though fits in with many kitchen styles. Having most of the controls behind the door adds to the look, though having some simple controls on the door are great. And the option of a wall plate to have it in a cabinet makes it more versatile. As well, the gimmick of the six point plate roller is actually really nice, never thought about imbalances before, however the plate definitely feels more stable. The size is nice for a medium sized microwave, as it’s not much bigger than the 1.0cu ft one it replaced.

Ease of use is unsurpassed. We actually use all the features. It’s very fine tuned, when you use it based on recommendations, it heats everything just right. Sensor heat is as great feature; stops heating when the food emits some moisture and heat. Produces 1200 watts of power. Some people seem to complain about the touch surface and having to push the (+) button repeatedly to get to the right temperature; it’s actually a slider, you can slide your finger across the glass, and the minutes will increase first in seconds, then in minutes. We love it!

Really value for your money, Design is incredible. The size is perfect not taking up much counter space, maximizing a large and spacious cooking area. Easy to use instruction and setup, Awesome easy use, and the front feature of the touch scroll up or down cook time setting is fantastic. The look is beautiful and sleek adding a sheik and sexy look to the kitchen. Classy.

I purchased this microwave after a thorough research to match my LG line of kitchen appliances, first of all I love the stainless steel sleek design of this microwave, second the size is amazing for this price & third the ease of operation is just awesome! I even loved the touch screen to add on minutes or seconds while heating. The defrosting process works as expected and also this microwave heats up really quick, 1200 watts does make this microwave warm foods quickly. I got it for a great deal too! Happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this!

I was attracted to the sleek look, and after I got used to it I love how easy it is to use. No features to clean on the front, all glass, with glass turntable and musical tune instead of a beep.

I got an excellent deal on this microwave from a thrift store recently. I don’t know why someone donated it- because this thing is awesome! (but thank you whoever you are.) I really wanted to include a video of the song it sings when your food is ready. It’s so adorable. It genuinely makes me happy, which I think is pretty cool that something as simple as a microwave can bring some joy to your day. The only thing I had to figure out was how to set the clock. However, I was able to google it, and a very simple Youtube tutorial popped up which helped a lot. Overall, you should get it. Or at least try to go find one somewhere so you can hear the song. :)

I needed to replace an old microwave that had serviced me well for 10 years. When the turntable stopped rotating, the food was never cooked right. I had an idea of what I was looking for. Needed a countertop, medium size, preferred a stainless steel look and at least 1200 watts. After looking at several models and reading through those reviews I came upon this LG. It ticked all the boxes I was looking for until I read that it had no number pad to enter in the time. That concerned me but after reading other reviewers who felt that way at first I decided to give this one a go. You can easily enter time with this, down to 10 seconds from the outside +/- touch area or do the same on the inside. It has a very clean look to it, the LCD lighting is great and most important, it cooks food extremely well. I'm very satisfied with my choice and Best Buy had this delivered to my door in 2 days. This is not a high end appliance but you get a lot for the price. The face is stainless steel but the rest seems to be a lacquered grey material, either steel or aluminum. Also the chimes when food is done cooking. They are soft and they're not what many may be used to from a traditional sense so if that's important to you, this may not be the microwave for you. It cooks food extremely well and is very easy to clean. It's a winner in my book.

Small but powerful. We don't mind that there is no number pad. This is the first microwave we have ever had where the program functions really work—it cooks popcorn like a champ. We like the musical notes instead of the "ding" sound. It is not loud or obnoxious. It fits perfectly in the space my 15-year-old, much less powerful microwave was in.

So far, this has been a great microwave. Easy to use, sleek design. Had to get used to a musical piece instead of the typical microwave beeping, but I really like it. Fast as well.

Was looking for a small microwave due to limited counterspace. This one fit the bill. Powerful little microwave, loved the sleek look. Only complaint is the inability to do times that end in 5's. Sometimes i just need 15 seconds, but have to do 20, then stop it early since this only goes up 10 increments at a time. Also not a fan of the other options on the inside, and only times on the outside. But you sacrifice functionality for style i guess...

For this price, it is a great machine, with enough space to handle most microwave needs. The only potential drawback for some is that they've gotten clever with the controls, so you have to learn how to use it. It's not complicated, but it's different from the standard microwave controls everybody knows. You swipe on the +/- touch bar on the front of the door to change values, but the buttons to choose the modes are inside. It's all fine once you get used to it. I wouldn't say it's much better or worse than typical controls. It's well made, looks good, and does the job well. You pay for size with microwaves, and this one is nice and big for the price, but still fits well on a countertop.

So far so good! I wasnt sure if i would like the slide for setting the timer. Turns out it is fairly easy to use. That in tandem with the 30 second button, and the plethora of sensor options makes this a great option. I also heard the end of cycle tune was annoying. I find it just loud enough to hear but not loud enough to be obnoxious. It is also more pleasing than a piercing beep. Sleek, sophisticated, and convenient!

The design is very clean looking and simple, yet elegant. The microwave not only has more power than similar units, it has all the features we wanted.

I love this microwave! Very reasonable cost; cooks super-fast; has a streamlined look; and you can actually see inside when you're cooking. First microwave I've had that has been bright enough to do that. My favorite feature? The cute little song jingle/ditty that plays when you're food is done! There was a short adjustment period to get used to not having a number pad, but nothing obtrusive. I've never owned an LG microwave, so I hope it lasts as long as my others (5-10 years)

This microwave is beautiful. I just started using it this week and have not used all the features. But, it works great so far. Sleek design. The time indicator on the front is easy to use. My only concern so far are fingerprints. They show up pretty qucikly. Will need to constantly clean. Also opening needs some getting used to since it doesn't have a push button to open or a handle. It only comes with a slight opening on the side to grab.

This is a great looking microwave. It has good power and has heated our food quickly and without any issues. It is noisy when it is working, but we love the sound it makes when it is done, and we really appreciate the reminder chime if you forget to take a finished item out of the microwave. It also has a few peculiar traits, e, g, only increments and decrements by 10 seconds intervals, but that is a minor complaint. All in all we have been happy with the purchase, but it is a bit noisy and it is not cheap.
