I like that the product. It is lightweight and it works well. I would have gotten a larger capacity but this was the largest one they had on the store at the time.

In June of 2018 I purchased this microwave oven, having heard that LG made quality appliances. I was impressed by the 10 year warranty. Although the display is hard to read, and the sensor cook feature tended to cause food to explode, I found it worked reasonably well. I recently (October 2022) noticed rust spots at the back of the interior and called customer service. They requested photographs and said there wasn't much rust and suggested that I clean the oven regularly with lemon juice, rinsing with clear water. I have done this and it seemed to make the problem worse. In any case, I am disappointed with this and my next microwave will have a stainless steel interior.

The boss put me in charge of finding a new microwave for the office. I did a lot of research and without spending a lot of money we got a really nice microwave that gets lots of use from lots of people every day. It still looks brand new and operates perfectly every time. Can't complain for the money,

January 2026 and the microwave not heating. Found out factory warranty expired after 1 year. But it covers the microchip that's causing it not to heat.

Our previous microwave was a teeny tiny Sears product that lasted 29 years. We just went big time and bought a fancy one with whistles and bells. I like the music at the end of the cooking time. I do wish the outside panel lit up cause you cannot see the reading. I use the microwave for making tea, popping popcorn and heating leftovers.

Looks good, performs well and built solidly. The way you enter stuff is a little odd but gives a nice sleek look on the outside, without the usual keypad mess of numbers and instructions always visible in your face. There also should be a choice of melodies or sounds available to choose from signaling heating is complete.

If large size/capacity models are too much then this is a great alternative with a top of the line manufacturer and good features. Good to have an integrated handle as we have frequently had handle failures with "push button styles".

It’s a beautiful looking microwave and it works pretty well but I did not realize when I bought it that there are no numbers to push for time it’s a slider which makes it a little hard to set exact cook times

I really like the look for this microwave. Very clean lines. I have not had it long. Haven’t tried to figure out the ease of use. I just go to the seconds and keep adding to get to a minute. Hopefully I will get to read the directions soon.

We needed a new microwave because our old cheap one from Walmart started sparking and popping all over the place (dangerous) so I went out and got this and never have I ever had more hot food in my life, lol. This thing is so great and efficient and well worth the money.

Very efficient, and good-looking. We find that for example when heating up a frozen item that the package instructions say should take 3 minutes in the microwave, this does the job in about 2 minutes 40 seconds. Easy to clean. The internal “turntable” works extremely well.

I an really enjoying the features on my LG NeoChef countertop microwave. I love the chime instead of a loud beep. It is also attractive and less alien than previous models

Its primary function is great. Its very aesthetically pleasing. Its quiet. However, the controls are only touch-sensitive, and oddly, they don't work with "knuckle" touches (call me weird if you'd like, but mostly handling food with my fingertips, makes me want to hit the controls with my clean knuckles). The clean look is made possible by the actual controls located behind the RH-end of the door, which looks good, but makes the door needlessly longer, and therefore swings out further ... yes, only inches, but still a nitpick to me). And only a few basic functions can be accessed with the door closed, so if the power level needs lowered, you have to change this (and many other features) while the door is open. Thankfully, 95+% of our use is simple food reheating (not actual cooking) so there are multiple, very easy, ways to simply add some time and move on. We loved the length of the warranty for the very good price we got, but hopefully we won't use this feature (my last microwave lasted 27 years).

Great 1250 watt power on this perfect kitchen sized unit.
