When my 25 year old + microwave abruptly died, I turned to Best Buy for purchase advise. After looking at several descriptions and customer reviews, I settled on this excellent microwave. It does all I need it to do, and it is FAST! I haven't had a chance to try out all the bells and whistles but I anticipate there will be no problems.

We really like this microwave. The door closes quieter than our last one. The chime is not a loud annoying beep - it is a musical chime. It does not have a number pad so you can only do it in 10 second increments.

Our previous microwave gave up the ghost. We were able to pick this one up and install it with not hassles. It has taken us a bit of time to get used to a different control panel but we cannot complain with how it works.

The only thing that we needed getting used to were the control selections inside the door face. Oh, and the finish-alarm is a bit annoying. It is an adequate microwave for our needs. Our last Whirlpool microwave lasted 10 years but was almost twice the price. We've only had this LG-NeoChef for two months, so, time will tell how it measures up. I will not recommend this microwave only because I do not make recommendations for any products.

We are happy with this particular model. It fits our space well and we like the color, which goes nicely the frig. Now that we know how it works, we use it not just daily but various times throughout the day. This was a good purchase for us.

We got this for my parents' home little over one month ago. The design was a little different from the usual microwave designs, but not in a bad way. It warms up things pretty well and appears to have many other functions that we did not get to use yet. No problems at all thus far.

Great microwave but 4 stars because the tune it played was annoying. More annoying than other microwaves. I like the standard beep tones. It’s a good microwave though

Seems to be working good and I like the smart appliance part of it. However, it is a little noisy when it runs. But for the price it was a good deal.

Have had it for a month now and cant say I have anything negative with it. Works great, simple controls, does the job.

I replaced a 25 plus year old microwave. I was stunned by the speed and power of the LG. The controls are very unusual but they are very functional and easy to use. Popcorn and potato setting work fairly well. Defrost is fantastic. I have it 6 weeks. So far so good.

Best cooking oven I ever owned. Went on sale 15 days after I bought it, Unfortunately the one on sale was Stainless in color, so I returned the Black colored one and saved $80. Therefore this review is for both colors. I researched many microwaves before buying this one. After comparing many ovens I decided I wanted an Inverter Oven. This means the microwave cooks at the power level you set 100% of the time (no more On/Off while cooking). That allows the oven to cook everything evenly. Many reviews hate the chime rather the the ding. I prefer the chime. Others want a keypad to set times. I guess that people don't like change. I am 78 years old and did not have a hard time learning the time setting system. The Sensor cooking is a nice feature. The oven seams to be built very sturdy. Heavier than my other one. I would recommend this oven to my family and friends.

Awesome, easy to use with some real good food settings. Thought it would be too advance but better than expected

Having gone thru two GE microwaves that, over the course of four years, malfunctioned -- and had to be junked -- I am hopeful that this one will last longer. It just seems sturdier. It's also very attractive -- elegant, you might even say! The cooking timer on the front of the unit is a real bonus. Buy this microwave.

Took a little time to get used to new controls but easy to use. My microwave sits on a shelf above counter and I’m short so light inside hits me in the eyes so I can’t read panel. Wish touch panel was backlit to make easier to see, especially at night. Works well, liking internal light brightness while cooking.

The Microwave is really nice. Unless Im missing something, it would be nice if the display lit up some. The clock and timer are fine but the area where program and set the timer are etc...

The standard time settings are not here! It is difficult to change to an exact time of, say 3:12 minutes. In fact you have to play with 30 second intervals to set the time at all. You can deminish this but it is not exact. Then there is the, its ready music, tired of it already! Can't can't change that either.
