Having been a fan of LG for years I purchased this replacement Microwave when the last one failed after 5 years. This unit is more powerful being 1200 watts instead of the 1100 watts and 1" smaller a 15"... I decided on this unit because I truly like how easy the old unit was to clean. Having had this new unit for over a month now - I can honestly say I am NOT Happy with it. Yeah it works and does its job BUT for some reason LG decided to take away the Numerical Key Pad and replace it with a slider which can only be used in 10 second intrevals. So if you want to cook for and ODD amount of time like 8 seconds or 13 seconds - Your out of luck. I thought I might grow to except it and be happy with my purchase - I did not. It has proven to be quite annoying. If I could return it and get my money back I would.

At first I didn't like the idea of no number pad, however the interface is very intuitive, and actually quicker than entering the numbers. That, and no hotspots in the microwave!

Heats better than our old one. Once we got comfortable with the settings, I like those better also.

Unlike all the other microwaves this one is the perfect square with the perfect tint on the window preventing you from seeing the mess inside. Honestly, why can’t you just put a napkin over the food before heating.

Our prior Panasonic microwave gave out on us and we needed to replace it. LG had a good reputation so we got this one. Unfortunately, it was noisy and the controls were not very convenient. We were also concerned that it may break down as the kind of noise it was making sounded similar to the end-of-life sound the Panasonic made that just failed us. As a result we returned it.

Good product. Just a little more vibration at times. Maybe it will get more consistent as it get's more hours on it. Nice size inside!

Very nice unit that has a lot of nice features at a good price.

Sharp appearance. Great variety of cooking options. Access to the buttons are inside when you open the door. A little different to get used to, from the normal outside of the unit touchpad buttons. Very happy with product!

I love this microwave It warms food unevenly and fast. The best feature is the lock option because my five year old insists on making popcorn and I love the fact that the buttons are inside the door. Overall this was a great buy and worth every penny.

Works Great and Looks Very Good. If you want a clean stylish kitchen then this is the microwave to go with.

I had a very bad experience with the LG NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave. After normal use, it started sparking inside for no clear reason, which was extremely alarming. I stopped using it immediately because it was no longer safe to operate. Shortly after that, it just stopped working completely and would not power on or heat anymore. I expected much better quality and reliability from a brand like LG, but this unit failed far too quickly. Overall, this was very disappointing and not something I would recommend.

So far this is amazing, works perfect, love the little music jingle when its done, so much better than that beep beep beep.

This LG microwave got good reviews online and it seems to work well, we're pleased with it. Not sure I like not having a keypad to be able to just set a time but still need to work with the other cooking modes it has.

Highly recommend excellent product, very sufficient at heating evenly best countertop available in my opinion.

Took some getting use too as the timer is on a slider rather than pushing buttins but all in all a giod oven.

I am so pleased with this microwave. The sensors cook the food to perfection. I even used the sensor to defrost a piece of meat and the edges were not overcooked. Love the look of the microwave. I hope we get many years of service from it.

Decent microwave oven. Wasn't the one I intended to but it was very crowded in the store when we did make the purchase. Overall, the unit works very well. The only real criticism of the unit is the lack of a key pad.
