It's nice to have a microwave that is a little different than most microwaves. It takes a little time getting used to the settings, but we are satisfied with this microwave and appreciate the song it plays at the end, rather than the traditional beeps.

We love the space and everything about it. Very easy for kids to understand and use it as well.

I love this microwave. Low profile, easy to setup. Most of the individual settings for cooking are behind the door. Simple to use, looks great. One big advantage is the great lighting inside the oven.

I love LG products, I am a loyal customer. Well, Does the job, and is easy to keep clean with the stainless steel finish. There are some nice touches for convenience, such as Express Cook, etc.

Excellent microwave, great performance. We bought this about a year ago and have been very happy with this. It cooks very fast, is easy to clean and looks great.

Love the look and ease to use. Always had a white microwave. I’m living the color and it heats up my good very fast and hot ++. No complaints. Works with my kitchen decor. Happy with this purchase.

It's a pretty and neatly designed microwave, but it doesn't seem to know its own strength. Perhaps as I use it more, I'll find it's better than I think. I'm just glad I found the seconds bar on the front. I mostly use that feature. I definitely have to be present, checking, and alert in using any of the presets. Admittedly, I haven't used all presets yet. I guess I expect magic out of the LG brand. It'll do. I don't hate it, and maybe I just need to scale down my expectations. If I find the "magic" in it, I'll be mindful to come back and give it better comments.

The LG microwave is designed with such a contemporary desgin in mind and the capabilities of the appliances go beyond my expectations when it comes to application of heating, navigation and durability.

Nice microwave! The only con I have with it is there is no button to open the door. Must pull on the door to open it. Very powerful but has settings to reduce level when needed.

I liked the door that doesn’t need a button to open it. Heats evenly and quickly and looks very sharp with the controls hidden. I got a lot for the money spent.

Looks great on the counter. However, it is noisy and the touch controls aren't always very responsive. I figured out the noise was related to the roller tray underneath the glass platform. One of the selling points is that this one has 5 points instead of 3. Well, only 3 of those points are actually rollers and I think that's why it vibrates and makes so much noise. Before I tossed my old microwave I saved the roller platform. I put it in the new LG and it is much quieter. I'll be using my 16-year-old rollers since they are superior to what came with the LG. That fixed my wife's main complaint.

I like this unit, wife not so much. Controls are a little confusing, you have to open the door to program it, a little strange. Works as good as the samsung it replaced, and hopefully will last longer. So far 3.5 stars.

This has been one of my best. Excellent microwave, grrat price. Its not too big neither too small. Pefrect for daily use.

Its a good microwave. It cooks evenly and looks very nice on the shelf. The controls inside the door are a little weird but it keep the outside look very clean if thats what you're going for.

Neo Chef really delivers as advertised. With no button to push for the door, the operation is quiet and easy . The internal capacity really makes it east to take care of cooking chores that are tricky if the space is too small.

I particularly like this for the door. You just grab it to open it - no button to push. I also like the way you set the time. It starts out at 30 seconds but continue pressing and it moves rapidly to 10 minutes or whatever you like. If you over shoot, there is a minus sign.

This microwave is so powerful compared to our last microwave. It doesn't take as long to heat things up. It's on the larger side so we're able to fit more dishes inside. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Works great,but watch out if you are thinking this works like your old one! Instant coffee water in my old one took 2 minutes to heat.1 minute 60 seconds on this one.Learned the hard way when I heated my first cup at 2 minutes.
