I got this microwave to upgrade my 14 yo one & I totally love it. It innovative with a very clean & modern look. The slider on the door for the time works well although it's a little hard to pinpoint an exact cook time. LED inside light is awesome. Overall a great purchase.

I decided to get this new microwave because my old one was not working as it should. It was about 3 years old and 900 watts. This one is larger in size and 1200 watts. It heats up quicker and more evenly.

About this microwave for a few weeks now it’s working great I like the little easy way that I can do the get up to 60 seconds really easy I would recommend this to anyone who is a good value at the time of purchase

We needed a microwave desperately. We were using an old one left over from my husband's college days. It either everything up or barely defrosted an item. The new LG is sleek looking and customized for each dish and warms at optimal temperatures. I love it!!! We love the chimes too!

This has so far been a great microwave. It took very little time to get used to no number pad on the outside, but now it is second nature. The quirky little chimes when it’s done often make my kids dance to them. Solid unit, good value.

Got this to replace a 10 year old microwave. The features on this one are awesome. It has a touch screen but also a ton of preset features that make cooking anything a breeze.

Nice size and simple control panel. The fact that it doesn’t have all the extra buttons in view that in reality no one uses, is not a issue at all. Nice simple design. As for actually heating up food, it is crazy fast.

Easy to install. Love the look and feel. The controls are awesome. Quiet operation. Wish the alarm was loader. I would give it 5 stars, but tha LG app won't connect to my S10.

This is a great microwave. Some people don't like the melody, I guess beeping is music to their ears. Lost a star because 90% if the controls are inside the door. It's a trade-off for the clean/sleek appearance.

Happy I choose this one because its great reviews were well warranted. I like the way it looks with silver all around it on the side, instead of black like alot of them do. The way it opens and closes is unique too.

Was looking for a smart microwave, with the modern look without having to over pay , with this LG I found just that. Quality, good price , and looks good with all my other appliances.

It is used by more than 50 people daily, with more than a year of purchase and is still working excellently. Recommended for high volume of employees or students.

It's not your typical microwave, it's better. Design inside and out is great, it makes pleasant sounds when your food is done, not the typical "beep." 2 negatives; the stainless steel on ours shows every finger print and I wish the exterior controls lit up.

We love this microwave! I wasn’t sure about it since it doesn’t have the traditional key pad but both my husband and I love it! Love the sleek design and the functionality! Highly recommend!

Good size and it's simple to use. Losing number pad for inputting time takes a little getting use to but sensor warming works good

Had it for a couple of months now and has been very user friendly, Sensors control the power for nicely cooking and warming. I just push the sensor reheat, close the door and hit start, for everything. Nice soft chimes at the half cook time and when complete.

I love how it look but is kinda noisy but overall is good

Simple and gets the job done. Looks great. The only annoyance are that the end of job chime is a bit annoying, and that every time there is a power failure, the clock needs to be reprogrammed.

if your counter top is real smooth the micro will move when you open the door. Rubber pads fixed the issue.
