I love this so far. Still learning about its options, but it is heads above my old Hamilton Beach unit. So glad I found it with Best Buy's help.

This is a well built microwave. I have been using it for about 3 months and haven't had any issues. The defrost and auto reheat work really good. The only down side is there is no number pad but the scroll feature works well. Simple and easy to use.

Really like the "tune" it uses vs. the loud obnoxious beeps, and the tune stops when you open the door. Quiet operation and door latch. Grey interior looks great.

I like the sensor feature. Easy to clean. Almost perfect reheating.

Wasn’t used to the slide to set the time at first, but it works great.

I love this microwave!!! I’ve never had such a fancy microwave before but this one was worth every penny! It’s so quiet and you hit the start button and it has a cute little ring when it’s done. Lol

Does the job but have a couple of issues: 1 - Door swings very wide, needs a lot of free space on counter top to open the door 2 - keeps playing ia tune over and over again until you open the door after using it 3 - Can only increment time by order of 10, can't set for anything in between. Issue 3 is what I do find the most annoying.

You can't input the exact heat time when the door is closed. I knew this before purchasing and had some hesitations, but it's been working out fine. You can either add time in 30second increments or slide to increase in 10 second increments.

Our Kenmore microwave finally died. After doing my research we decided on this LG. It works great and is well built. Everyone in the family seems to like it.

A good price for a nice little microwave. I bought it for my parents when theirs died. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. No problems at all.

When it came time to get a new microwave, I was dreading the predominance of stainless steel, thinking it would clash with our granite. But this microwave had kind of a bronze finish that blends in very nicely. And it's a good microwave too!

Love the sleek look of this microwave and like the hidden buttons. Super easy to clean and stays clean without all the fingerprints

Great microwave easy to use . Easy instructions right inside the door . No Guess no worry Settings ,But I don’t like having Unplug the microwave just to reset set the clock After the power has been off .

Absolutely LOVE this microwave! It warms up the food evenly & cooks in less time than recommended on packaging!

I was a little hesitant at first with no ability to select time with a number pad but I found I don’t cook things for more than 5 minutes anyway. The fact that the “song” shuts off when you open the door and hit stop was a big plus in our house!

It looks good on the counter and so far it is working as expected.

We have liked using this unit, but the display started malfunctioning after less than two years. I expect a bit more service from a well cared-for appliance. Response from [email protected]: "While we completely understand your feedback, we still hope for your understanding of the unit’s warranty and service policies." Finding a replacement display board has proven difficult.
