Works with great power large capacity makes cookin,reheating and defrosting easy. Quiet operation with a nice chime at end of cooking time

I replaced a Sharp 1200 watt microwave with this one. The LG is a much better fit on the countertop, cooks quickly and evenly and plays a cute little jingle at the end of the cycle. Very happy with my choice.

Ended up exchanging the 1.5 for the 2.0 since the larger one fit our below counter space better. The controls behind the door on the 1.5 seems weird, but we never used since we returned. 2.0 is great.

Exceeded expectations. Easy to use and intuitive. Five roller support glass tray eliminate any wobble with heavy load. Being able to program cooking and make changes with door closed a real great feature!

It is fast, efficient easy to use and the best microwave I have owned. I researched it on consumer reports and it was definitely tip of the line and worth every penny. I have used microwaves for over 25 years this is the best.

A little bigger than I would have liked, but it has a sleek design. Its different to use than other microwaves bc the buttons are on the inside and the front is touch screen.

Works good but would be better with a numerical keypad

Just want we wanted fits in our allotted space plenty of power and has good ways to heat up food which is what we use it for

Love this microwave, has a pull open instead of those stupid push open buttons.

I accidently purchased the white one. But I decided to keep it. I also originally hated the fact the the buttons are on the inside of the door but I ended up liking it. I have yet needed to use those buttons. It heats up very quick. Easy to clean.

I selected this microwave because of the Smart Inverter feature. I especially like the defrost feature. It has taken some adjustment because the time can only be increased in 10 sec or 30 sec intervals. I like the chime signal at the end.

great upgrade over my previous LG microwave. I love how this one plays a jingle when your food is ready instead of beeping loudly

It's a great microwave in terms of ease of use and how well it cooks. It even plays a cute little song when your timer or cooking is done. Still, less than three years after purchase the LCD numbers don't display properly. Part of it is broken. So now I'm stuck with an irritating, messed up display and of course, it's out of warranty, so it would cost more to repair than to replace. Since it still cooks well, I'm hanging on to it, but when I do replace it, it won't be another LG.

The heating was very good in the beginning and then it got weak kind of fast, I had it for like 6 months.

This is the best microwave I’ve ever used. It’s easy to use and heats everything evenly. In addition it makes fun noises when your time is done.
