It still performs all tasks flawlessly except for cooking. It no longer cooks. At all. Nothing. Put in a cup of cold water and heat it for a minute or two. It will still be stone cold. You can call LG's service where they will very politely give you the phone number of your closest service where you can pay to have it fixed because your warranty stopped after a year. If it is the magnetron, it is covered, but the service will cost you pretty much what you'd pay for a new microwave.

Pleasant sound instead which compliments my washer/dryer. Huge turntable. Took a little getting used to programming. All good now!

The sensor reheat function works perfectly for any type of food. I especially like the stability of the turntable, it’s virtually impossible to upset it.
