Power level works by lowering power not just having the microwave turn on\off during cook times. Can soften full hard stick of butter without any melt. Turntable is very sturdy, easily fit a couple bowls side by side or the big glass popcorn maker. Slate black interior is very pleasing to see when microwave is on. Sensor reheat works by measuring the steam temperature inside microwave. Beverages works great but dinner plates and pizza were overcooked by the time enough steam built up. Heating up partial power worked great however.

I'm really frustrated by this. Our first one broke less than 6 months. Best Buy wouldn't help me because they said it was still under LG warranty. LG said they changed their policy and would not replace my microwave but would give me money that I paid. I shopped this and bought it on sale! Then get punished because I couldn't buy at that price again. Got another (stupid me) and 3 months after protection plan...guess what it breaks - no help from BB
