I have been a longtime consumer of Panasonic microwaves. But after 5 years with my last one, I decided to try something new. I had points to use and this lg microwave was on sale. It is taking me a while to use the control buttons because I am not used to the control settings, like setting cooking time and power. Different from Panasonic but I am getting faster the longer I use it. Really like that it has a chime that reminds you that you have food in the microwave. The lighting is great, too. Both of these features were not available on my Panasonic model.

This microwave is a definite upgrade from my former, old microwave. While it has taken me some time to get used to the new features, I can say that I have no complaints at all.

Looks very sleek and cooks food very evenly. Recommend

New microwave to replace the old one. Has been working well and seems pretty sturdy. Haven't tried out all the features yet, but plan to get there eventually.

It's nice looking and love the reheat elections works great I would recommend. I also like the sound when done different for other micros that I had.

Perfect for a small room. I was skeptical about the febreeze feature but, it makes your room smell really good. I have this fan in my sons room and I can smell it down the hallway.

Overall the microwave is best . Fast heating and easy to use

Purchased this Microwave recently and have so far found it a step up from previous purchases. Seems to heat food very well. Only draw back for some might be that the buttons needed to decide on how to time your food is on the inside. Personally - easy to learn and not an issue.

I really like this microwave but it was strange at first not having buttons on the outside and only a slider

I wish the timing was easier to put in. You have to up and down the time with a plus or minus sign. Kind of annoying. But overall love the product

Overall, it is a great product. We have owned several microwaves, and this is one of the best. It cooks food evenly and the Sensor cooking modes work extremely well. I would give this 4.5 stars. I am deducting one-half of a star because the glass plate rattles when cooking. It is seated properly, and this is a minor flaw. I recommend this product.

This microwave does it all! Able to handle large items and is made to last. Great for use in high use areas, is easy to use.
