With how much I originally paid I thought I wouldn’t have to buy a new microwave within 4 yrs. When first purchased I thought it was the best microwave I had ever had. A plate of food would be steaming hot within a minute and haLf of warming. Now it takes bout 5 minutes to warm a plate of food, it wont pop popcorn and none of the sensors work on the inside . In order to work the microwave you have to use the start/stop , plus and minus sensors on the outside to use. It also has cause sparks inside from the rust spots.

I was such a do hard fan of Samsung until I was in a bind with a washer and dryer need and could only buy the lg set. The rest is history! This microwave isn’t the newest model but it’s still far superior from the other choices or the insignia we had.

The "buttons" are hard to find sometimes and the lack of a number pad makes punching in a desired cook time difficult. There is a slider on the front to select desired cook times, but in 10 second increments... Good bye 45 second heating! While these are little annoyances, the most important things are the heating and defrosting. This product excels at both and plays a nice jingle when done.
