It has taken a few readings of the user's manual to understand the features and several undercooked meals to learn how quickly this oven can cook. I recommend that a meat thermometer be used during the first two dozen meal preparations, at least. Power level of cooking must be selected before heating begins, and can be changed during cooking process.

We are rating it at 2 starts due to the fact that the turntable plate broke in half after a few weeks of use (appeared to split in half spontaneously after we heated popcorn according to instructions).
