    The microwave worked great and nice ease of use and functions. I thought this was the best one we have ever had. Unfortunately after 1 year and 2 weeks, just over the 1 year warranty it has failed to microwave anymore. It appears to be working by lighting up and glass turning inside but no longer heats up. Very disappointed in this product. Was it engineered to fail just after warranty?
