We recently moved and had to leave our old LG NeoChef with the old house. One of the first orders of business was to scrap the microwave that came with the new house and buy a new NeoChef. This operates differently from the average microwave, but once you get accustomed to it, it’s very convenient. For quick heating just press the start button and it cooks for 30 seconds; each additional press adds 30 seconds, or you can press the other outside buttons to add or subtract 10 second increments. For longer cook times you just swipe on the front. Also has a great defrost and popcorn mode. Once you own one of these you won’t settle for any other microwave.

Love the size of this microwave, we replaced an old one that was almost double in size. Looks great on my countertop. I like that the buttons are on the inside panel but you can do quick 10 & 30 second intervals from the door itself.

We've had this microwave for almost two months, and we have been very happy with it. It is very sleek, and so far, it has gotten the job done. This LG microwave is very easy to use. Very good value for the price.

Nice sleek simplistic design, easy to clean and nice power. Pressing start adds 30sec press twice get 1min. Or use the time slider to add the amount of time.

I love this microwave! It’s sleek look and ease of use makes it perfect for our pantry. If I had to find anything I don’t like about it? It would probably be that you can only go in 10 second increments for warming time, but I can handle that!

Perfect size / power (1.6 cu. feet / 1200 watts) for an apartment. Easy to setup, and easy to use. Free delivery was a great option for someone like me who rides the bus for every day travel.

We bought this as a secondary unit and have found it to work quite well. It is quiet and powerful. Operation is not quite as intuitive as our old machines, but once we got the hang of the controls, it has been quite easy to use.

Very nice microwave easy use looks good too. I needed to get a smaller microwave than I previously had due to the shelving. It really isn’t much smaller. It fits well in my shelf. Heats food quickly

Works great. Love the clean door design. Easy to keep clean. Little hard to get the setting for sensor cooking, But all are located inside door. You input them with door open, so that is great.

sleek and modern design. was not initially certain about some of controls that are only available after opening door but overall has worked nicely. heats quickly relatively quiet. nice appearance

I Purchased this microwave to replace my old unit. I do like the design and easy clean up. This microwave has more power than my previous one of equal size.

I bought this one for it's style. No handle to get in the way. I really like the touch features on the inside. So no finger smudge to constantly wipe off. Very easy to defrost, reheat and cook.

Nice design and color. Easy to use. It is quiet, LG reliable product. Has sound reminder that won't stop until you get your warm food out of this microwave. All in all good microwave.

We upgraded from a 15 year old Magic Chef to this model. Given any new microwave would perform better than the MC, this model sure is nice. The sensor reheating is really good, it nails the reheat every time. And I do not miss the old MC beeping at all. The chimes are fine, at least to me. Having the controls inside the door works fine, I thought it would be a pain, but turns out to be pretty easy to adapt too coming from a front control microwave. Makes the microwave look a little more sleek as well. And the door is much easier to open than pressing a button. Overall, a great microwave for a family that uses a microwave a lot.

We've only had it about 1 month, but it's working fine and has a nice clean appearance. Best features is that it's relatively quiet compared to our old one. The little tunes are kind of nice, and it reminds you if you've left something inside after it's finished. In general we have had good luck with LG appliances.

Pros: quite big, easy to clean, fits under my cabinet, looks beautiful and expensive, works well without having to jump through hoops to set it up, creates no mess with mac-cheese. Cons: quite noisy.

We love this unique microwave. When we purchased it, we didn't realize that it does not have a number pad to enter time units. Instead, the horizontal bar above the start and stop touch pads allows you to slide your finger across to increase cook time. Alternatively, inside the door there is a plus symbol and minus symbol to add or deduct time in 10 second increments. You then shut the door and press start. The end signal is pleasant musical notes rather than the standard beep. If the door is not opened, after a few seconds the music repeats --great reminder for those of us who get distracted and forget to retrieve our hot coffee.
