There is no light inside so you can’t see the food while it cooks. I also miss having numbers to press for a time, but adding time is easy enough. It’s a nice size and has plenty of room for my larger plates.

My only complaint is the lack of backlighting. EVERYONE who uses it at our house makes the same comment about how it's hard to see what you're pressing.

My complaint and negative with this appliance is that it tips easily and not stable when the door is open if you touch the door. I can't compare to any other microwave today as my last one lasted me 20 years with no issues. I would recommend this product with caution to the buyer to be careful not to put any weight on the door when open.

I switched the plastic ring underneath the turn table with the 3-wheel one from my old microwave oven, and the sound problem was solved. LG needs to bring back the standard 3-wheel ring.

I wanted a 2.0 cbft microwave w/1300 wtt. the size of my cabinet was the deciding factor. I had to pick a smaller oven with at least 1200wtt. this LG inverted cooking style oven has changed my thoughts on the need for large ovens. this oven cooks faster & evenly hot it's perfect. has a nice charm ring when cooking is complete. if you need a new oven this is a very good choice
