  • Work well, but why no keypad?

    Works well. The mechanism for setting cook time is a bit clunky since it doesn't use a keypad for entry but rather a +/- in terms of 10 seconds. Would rather have a normal keypad. I've also found that the pre-programmed re-heat times are on the low side. Note that this was ordered online, hence not in person to notice the missing keypad.

    The door is too large and hard to open. You have to hold it as you pull on the door or the unit will slide off the counter. Have to find a way to anchor it down,
