After having a Magic Chef for over 30 years, it finally died. I had to get to a new one. The problem - my family wanted a microwave that was effective, good looking and easy to use. After trying a few including a Panasonic (what a disaster - setting the time was an experience), I settled on this LG. What made it even more attractive was that it was on sale. Well, this unit hit all of our hot buttons. It was attractive, very easy to use (almost to the point of being intuitive), and offered very good performance. Food that used to require several zapps and a bit of turning came out right the first time - highly recommended.

This microwave is so convenient and high tech, with buttons that are actually relevant and helpful!! I purchased out of box and there was a defect in the microwave door internal metal netting, but it is 10000000x better than our old microwave and we love it so much.

I needed a "fill in" micrwave when my wall GE Profile Advantium microwave died as it was going to be a couple of weeks before I could get a replacement ordered in and installed. I looked at the reviews of several countertop microwaves that could be manually opened and closed (read too many reviews of problems with microwaves with "button" openers). I chose the LG Neo Chef 1.5 cubic ft. with smart inverter...and I am so glad I did. This microwave works like a dream, added bonus it is really sleek looking in the stainless steel. Super pleased with this appliance!

I like the sleek look and size..very powerful.. I do hate that I cant just press numbers to put in the cook time though.

I just bought this microwave as an open box item. So the extra perk was the price. The interrior is ceramic not white which is a plus for me. Ignorance is bliss when it come to how quickly the inside of microwaves get dirty. This is one of the few microwaves on the market that does not have the express cook feature on the buttons. I do not like that. If you press 1 you get 1 minute. No good. This microwave can cook in 10 second intervals with the + and - button on the front. You can also just press start for 30 seconds. You can press it twice for 60 secs. Etc. I also love the black stainless steel. Only thing I can see driving me crazy is the glass front and fingers making it smudged. Oh well. Day 1. Very excited.

This LG microwave oven is sleek and efficient. Easy to use . I like the ease of setting the power and time of cooking with a simple touch of the screen.

Nice looking microwave, that fits in well with our oven (same black and brushed stainless look). Seems to be a good unit. Haven't had it very long, so will have to see how it holds up. Replaced my older microwave oven that lasted over 25 years, with this unit. Hoping it will go at least half the distance of my older microwave. So far it heats well, cleans up easily. We like the gray interior versus a stark white interior of other models. Took a little bit of adjustment to remember to push the heat settings on the inside of the door, but overall we like the unit.

I bought this to replace my micro-connection oven that I have had since 1989. Didn't use the convection feature that much so I went with a straight microwave. At 1200 watts more than enough power. Since its newer technology than my old microwave micro times are much shorter and yield better results. I like the finish which looks very nice. I think some of the tones it makes which are almost tunes as many as there are a few seem silly at times but not really annoying. Overall I like it a lot and the 21st century technology is quite the upgrade from what I was using before.

This is my second LG-Neochef (same model) and my first one lasted just a little over a year. The part would've been free, but the repair fee would not have been worth it to fix. I'm taking a chance on this one again because I really liked the size and overall features of this mircrowave. I purchased the total tech support and hoping that it would be put to good use, if in case this one craps out on me again.

The pluses is that this microwave is a great size (not too big/not too small) and it looks great. I bought the black stainless steel finish and it looks fine with my regular stainless steel appliances. The minuses are that it doesn't always cook evenly and it lacks the standard numbered keypad, which I miss. Instead, you slide your finger along a line on the outside to reach the amount of time you want or, when you open the door, it has + and -- signs to go up or down to the time you want.

So far, I’m liking this oven a lot. Heats up food fast and evenly. Not too big, not too small. Sleek design and easy to learn functions.

After two consecutive Panasonic model microwaves lasting 15 years combined, we decided to give an LG a try We have a LG washer and dryer for the past 8 years of trouble free use and hope this item will last a well. The newer Panasonic models looked pretty dated and lacked some features of the newer models from LG and Samsung. So far this microwave has been working perfectly and is so easy to use. Love the quick time setting with the plus and minus signs. also the led light inside is great at watching food cook. The interior is so easy to wipe clean when needed.

Do it good job! You can use it also for timer. And it's playing music after it's done
