It's a very sleek device and I haven't had any trouble with it at all. I would recommend opening the box before driving home. Unfortunately my first one was shattered, but the second one has worked like a champ for 5 months. It heats food very evenly. The slider to select times is very good and easy to adjust. Has a very satisfying chime when food is done instead of the annoying overly loud beep.

We've had this for a year now, and it's done everything we've asked it to do. I was concerned that the lack of a number pad would be a problem, but in practice it's not an issue and using the +/- buttons to adjust time works just fine.

At first I didn't think I would like the fact that this microwave didn't have a key pad, but I really like the slide bar and 30 seconds start feature. All features are easy to use. Heats evenly. Sleep styling.

My family likes the functionality of this microwave as well as the smooth front look . Excellent wattage. Food is warmed / heated evenly and much quicker than Lower wattage microwaves we've owned.

As advertised the microwave is very easy to clean and it seems to cook faster than previous ones. It took 3 tries to get one that wasn't all dented and crunched but once that hurdle passed, the microwave is the best one I have ever had I think.

The microwave does a good job with defrosting and cooking various food items. The machine is easy to operate. It looks like nice and takes up a smaller footprint on the counter.

Overall the microwave works well. Being able to set the cooking time in 10 second increments is a good feature. The turntable tends to rumble when the machine is running, but it isn't a big problem, just noisy. The popcorn sensor is completely inaccurate, so don't rely on it to actually sense anything. We run the machine for a minute and 35 or 40 seconds to pop a mini bag of popcorn. You need to listen and watch, otherwise your popcorn will quickly burn.

I just discarded my 10 year old microwave to purchase this. So far it has been great. Cooks well and has many options for sensor cook, heat and defrost. Looks good on the counter as well. Tune notification vs beep is a nice touch.

I shopped around before choosing this model, and I know I picked well. This microwave heats very evenly, unlike any previous ones I’ve used. It’s simple to use, nice looking and gets the job done very well.

I was a little leary about purchasing this because it has NO #'s....BUT i must say i am more than pleasantly surprised. It is so easy to use. The sensor heat button works perfect. Perfectly heated food the whole way thru. No stirring needed. And the defrost....AMAZING!!!! 1st time ever my meat is actually defrosted & not partially cooked. You can still see red & blood, just like it was brought home from the store. Also, the tune it plays when it is done doing its thing is so much nicer than that annoying beep on others. Its like an invite to a delishishly heated/cooked meal, not a scolding come get ur food now, lol. Plus, its sleek, stylish design matches any decor. I hope it lasts a very long time. If i could give this microwave 10+ stars, i would!!!

This oven was perfect for the shelf location in my kitchen and it was the exact height to fit into the space. The primary reason for buying was that you can open and close the door quietly. Most microwave ovens have a loud clunking noise on the latch mechanism. This one does not. I found only two drawbacks with this product. Setting manual cook times can only be done on 10 or 30 second increments (no precise numbers like my old oven), as there is no key pad. Also, as it states in the instruction manual, "oven may disrupt wi-fi signals when in use. It does. If your wi-fi device is used between the oven and the router (think line of sight) the device signal slows/stops until oven shuts off. If your device is not in this line, then it is not affected. All-in-all, it's a great oven and I am very pleased with this purchase.

We have been using at our office for several weeks and it does heat more than our previous micro and easier to clean. It looks stylish but best of all it has many great features. Highly recommend.

Not only is it beautiful, it works great. We have a limited space in our kitchen for a microwave and this fit perfect. Our entire kitchen has GE Monogram and this blended I perfectly with everything.
