Cons: can’t enter precise time. Must be in increments of 10 or 30 seconds. Noisier than expected. Has a rattle. Did not have much luck with the sensor cook. I hope that as I get more familiar with it I will like it better.

While the slide time setting is pretty nifty, it only goes in 10 sec increments from what I can tell, although, I haven't read the manual. But it cooks pretty evenly, looks pretty slick and as far as I can gather, keeps all the microwaves inside the microwave.

Maybe not bad but this one was defective

That's what we did and the second was fine. Other than being super-noisy, this defective one otherwise seems to be a fine design- controls are easy to use, it looks pretty, and it defrosted my bagels! So what else could you want? (Will it last- I don't know...)

We purchased this after our old one started having problems. It’s a nice microwave, especially when on sale. Plenty of room Inside, lots of programming abilities. It has a nice clean look. Cons: only one. Like a number of reviews have said, the buttons and programming is a bit odd since most buttons are behind the door. Not a big deal, especially since we have an LG range. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

This microwave is so easy to use and has a large interior. I enjoy the better balanced turn table. I was tired of microwave handles breaking or the opening buttons not working. Having the side frame as the handle is so much nicer and smooth to open. I love it and would highly recommend it. It makes some happy chimes when food is done.
