This my second LG microwave and the first one lasted about 15 years…..well it was actually still working but a piece from the push in door release finally broke from years of use.

Plus the brand name and researching many microwaves found this to be the ultimate. Highly recommend this unit if your looking for a microwave.

I like that there are no coils inside so any food splatters can be easily cleaned up. It's a bit of a learning curve with not getting to punch in buttons for a specific time. But we've gotten around it by just pressing start multiple times. There are more functions to this that we haven't gotten to try out yet.

It heats faster and more thoroughly than the old one. I especially like the Sensor reheat option. It reheats all the way through and doesn't over heat the food. It's bigger than the other one and I like the way the handle is on the side. No more push button to open the door that could possibly fail and make the oven dangerous. I am very happy with this product! ☺

Replacement Microwave - Sound LG product as usual

Checked a number of models, always have good experiences with LG and decided this one fit the bill. A bit larger than my last one but works well. Like the light inside. Not used to opening the door by a handle (normally a button) but getting used to it.
