I enjoy how sleek this looks. I enjoy the pleasing sound it makes when food is ready. But that's about it. When people come over they can't figure it out and need to be shown. There is a specific button order needed to use the inner control buttons for anything other than "go". The sensor cook makes no sense. For a 250$ microwave and you can't turn off the "beep" sound and there is no "butter soften" option. BUT the real issue is here at 14 months old it bricks. F - 11 error code. Thank goodness for geek squad protection!

Easy to clean and easy to use ! Perfect microwave

this is my 5th microwave I’ve used so far, and this one is the best at it’s look, performance, space and functionality! What a modern jewel to have in a fancy kitchen! Super powerful, even a minute of warm burns the food in and out! I mean it’s nice monster to have for any size home. I love the way it looks mostly, people call mine a time machine! I never tried, maybe it is!

This one of the best microwaves I've ever owned. Stainless steel easy to clean exterior. Minimal control panel on the outside linked to a more detailed panel inside the door. The pulls open instead of releasing with a button and the feet stick firmly to the counter top, no sliding! Roomy interior with LED lighting. Lots of programmed and sensor cooking options. I have found no downsides to date.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! This is one of the best microwaves I’ve had. The power is amazing, we’ve cooked steaks and other goodies in it. The popcorn setting is spot on and now I’m not burning my popcorn.

This works well and has great preprograms. It's not too small but it's not super large either.

Easy to use, especially the 30 sec aspect. The volume of the tones that indicate the heating or timer is done are too quiet for my folks with hearing issues in the next room, though. Dial up for timing vs punching in numbers takes a bit to get used to. Overall, happy with my purchase.

This purchase was for our Grandson who began College and was also employed so not a lot of spare time for eating out or spending money for food. This Microwave was an important tool in a You mans life to live efficiently and conservativly. The NeoChef1.5 is perfect fit for a small apartment and a big appetite.

This is a very good size microwave and easy to clean.

Nice and big area. Still trying to figure out the sensor cook/reheat settings for the things I use microwave for. Just a learning curve. Not your ordinary...set timer and go.... I find that some things generate a lot of 'steam' in the unit and makes moisture on the platter. Guess I need to go back to school to work a microwave....
