Heats up your food quick! Makes a cool sound when timer is up.

I paid more in hopes that the product would be reliable; it has a 10-year warranty. I found that the turntable is noisy and the timer increment is limited to 10 seconds.

Great looking powerful microwave with one huge issue. The microwave doesn't vent the steam and water collect on the inside of microwave. My advice is to shop around for a different microwave. Regret this purchase.

Not sure why there were so many negative reviews for this microwave. It works well and is not difficult to operate. I like the chime at the end of cooking - so much better than an annoying harsh beep. If I could change one thing it would be to have the controls back lite as they are somewhat difficult to see in low light situations.

Cooks well and very evenly. Love the chime instead of the same old beep. Great that it reminds me of minute of standing time has elapsed. Power levels great as well. Thought I would miss the key entry pad - but no I like the way this machine does much better.

I like the clean look to it. The buttons on the inside makes it look simple.

This replaced a 13 year old unit whose useful life ended. I researched replacements carefully and chose the LG as the best value and performance. So far it has justified its choice. Controls are modern but could be a little easier to use. Not a deal breaker but less intuitive than older models. Then again , I am an older model too!

bought this to replace my old kenmore which stopped heating up food....lol.it was @ a good price and size...brought it home and set up and started using it...wife had no problem with the newfangled thing ...no key pad out side of door....no problem....the inside light is great...key board no light behind it but hey turn on a light...lol...will keep you posted ....

I did a lot of research before buying this microwave. Our previous microwave died randomly (and explosively!) just before guests arrived so it was fast research, but pretty thorough. I was willing to spend much more but this model has everything we need at a reasonable price, from a solid brand. More expensive models only seemed to add reported issues from customers. I was thrilled that Best Buy carried them 8 minutes away from our house (and did an excellent & appreciated curbside delivery due to covid!). I was concerned at the lack of a traditional keypad, and warned everybody... but it simply hasn't been an issue. Almost all uses are done in increments of 10 seconds anyway, and if you really need that 7 second boost you can just stop it early or use a slightly lower power level. The chime is.. Nintendo-ish and amusing. A little loud.. but no complaints. The interior is easy to clean so far as promised. I highly recommend.

Love it!!! it is very nice looking…blending in with my black appliances and kitchen decor! Very roomy.. all my baking dishes fit perfectly for microwave cooking. It is very fast and I love the touchscreen option and so affordable!

We went looking for a replacement microwave and came home with this LG. What I love about it is the ability to vary the power AND it does this automatically. Also, the design is very sleek with minimal buttons. It is very futuristic looking. One thing to beware of... it doesn't have a full keypad. That was a small learning curve which we have conquered.

Still use it and I’ve moved 3 times since. Works amazing

It works better than our previous one ever did. Much easier to program.
