Some of the complaints with the keypad and completed cycle noise gave us second thoughts on purchasing this model, but once you get used to it, keypad is easy, and the chimes signalling that the cycle is done is better than the dinging of our old one.

Very good microwave, unusual controls and sounds

The sensor cook modes that I have used (popcorn and reheat) seem to be very accurate. I am still getting used to the controls as the slide instead of a number pad is unusual, although it does seem to work well. The electronic chimes are unlike other microwaves with being a musical chime.

Controls are a little funky with the inside the door buttons but it works pretty well once you get used to them.

perfect fit for our kitchen

After much searching, this LG microwave was perfect. We love the controls. Even found a Krylon black stainless steel paint to paint the old trim to match. Only concern is that the turntable tray is brittle and chipped when slightly bumped as placed glass container in oven.

Out of like 6-8 bags of popcorn on the popcorn setting it only burned one but it was pretty minimal! :) it heats things thoroughly and I was afraid it was going to be a button door but it’s not!

Popcorn function is perfect. Little weird with most of the buttons on the inside of the door but doesn’t cause any issues and provides a sleek look on the countertop
