easy to use. easy assessable...... Colors good....

I used this LG to replace a much more expensive name brand that only lasted 2 years. It is working better than the much more expensive brand.

My best friend purchased this product from LG (NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave - Stainless steel) because of my recommendation. I have the 2.0 Cu. Ft. microwave and I love it. Best Buy had the lowest price after Black Friday. Once you have used the Sensor Cook feature, you will NEVER want to use another microwave without it.

L am extrememly happy with this putchase. It is a good size for my counter. I love LG appliances I never had an issue with any of them.

The microwave heats everything quickly! I enjoy the music it plays when it stops and the reminder sound alerts. My only con is I have to set the timer before I can close the door.

I like the sliding touch feature on the front that allows you to add or subtract more time. I like the jingle when it is done. The LED lighting is also nice. It cooks good and fast. I liked this microwave as it is not like traditional microwaves and opens from the side. Nice sleek modern design.

This is a good microwave. It’s actually bigger than I thought it would be. I ended up exchanging the mid size to the small because the mid was too big to fit anywhere in my kitchen. I wish there was an option to make it easier to select time of cooking.

Purchased this microwave basically just to match the Black Stainless look of the stove and fridge. Am I ever glad I did. This microwave has been a great surprise so many features I didn't think I needed but now couldn't be without them. Well worth every cent we paid for this. Best of all my wife Loves it.

It’s great, but it’s a open box and it makes a odd sound but Performance is great

This microwave is awesome!! I LOVE it!! It does baked potatoes in 5 minutes .... has cool, beepy musical alerts .... the Instruction booklet is very helpful .... I'm still figuring out some of the finer points, but so far, I'm in love.

Works great but its a bit weird that you can only set the timer in 10 second increments. Reheats food great

We love the space and everything about it. Very easy for kids to understand and use it as well.

This microwave is like a transformer! It does everything you could want and then some. I have seen people complaining that the buttons don’t light up, but since I don’t tend to eat in the dark, it hasn’t been an issue.

Overall microwave is fine but be warned there are no numbers on the panel. You can only go up in increments of 10. I am firm believer that somethings take 25 sec v 30 so it's kind of a bummer.

It working good.. It's outer shell is black. And it seems because of that only, it's a touch more expensive then the regular chrome version. Works good so far after 3 weeks of ownership. It's 1250 watts.
