Great size but having to get use to the new timers and how the door opens on this one.

It's a pretty and neatly designed microwave, but it doesn't seem to know its own strength. Perhaps as I use it more, I'll find it's better than I think. I'm just glad I found the seconds bar on the front. I mostly use that feature. I definitely have to be present, checking, and alert in using any of the presets. Admittedly, I haven't used all presets yet. I guess I expect magic out of the LG brand. It'll do. I don't hate it, and maybe I just need to scale down my expectations. If I find the "magic" in it, I'll be mindful to come back and give it better comments.

Wasn’t used to the slide to set the time at first, but it works great.

This microwave met my expectations. The various settings makes heating food easier. It warms food fast in manual settings too. It’s also sleek looking.

I am so pleased with this microwave. The sensors cook the food to perfection. I even used the sensor to defrost a piece of meat and the edges were not overcooked. Love the look of the microwave. I hope we get many years of service from it.

if your counter top is real smooth the micro will move when you open the door. Rubber pads fixed the issue.

I've had this microwave for about a month and it has been great! The sensor heating is a nice feature and I use it almost exclusively to heat up food. The only problem that I've faced is that if you let the sensor reheat go for the full time, it tends to overheat your food. From reading reviews, it seems that others have the same sentiment. I usually stop it when the timer shows a minute left. Another thing to note is that the door swings out pretty wide since it's full width. However, I really like how simplistic it looks with only time control on the front and the more detailed controls behind.

Its a good microwave. It cooks evenly and looks very nice on the shelf. The controls inside the door are a little weird but it keep the outside look very clean if thats what you're going for.

Looks great on the counter. However, it is noisy and the touch controls aren't always very responsive. I figured out the noise was related to the roller tray underneath the glass platform. One of the selling points is that this one has 5 points instead of 3. Well, only 3 of those points are actually rollers and I think that's why it vibrates and makes so much noise. Before I tossed my old microwave I saved the roller platform. I put it in the new LG and it is much quieter. I'll be using my 16-year-old rollers since they are superior to what came with the LG. That fixed my wife's main complaint.

I like this unit, wife not so much. Controls are a little confusing, you have to open the door to program it, a little strange. Works as good as the samsung it replaced, and hopefully will last longer. So far 3.5 stars.

This microwave is so powerful compared to our last microwave. It doesn't take as long to heat things up. It's on the larger side so we're able to fit more dishes inside. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Only thing wrong was i wish id had one of these sooner. Best microwave ever. And e a sy cleaning

Neo Chef really delivers as advertised. With no button to push for the door, the operation is quiet and easy . The internal capacity really makes it east to take care of cooking chores that are tricky if the space is too small.

Great microwave! Cooks so much faster than my last one which I had loved for years. Very nice looking in my kitchen. I didn’t set the clock which gives it a classy black appearance

This is a nice microwave. it is relatively quiet and cooks food evenly. Also looks quite nice on the counter

Good size and it's simple to use. Losing number pad for inputting time takes a little getting use to but sensor warming works good

Overall its a great looking microwave - probably better looking than most of them out there, only issue was how noisy it was. Not sure if mine was defective, but the rattling noise it made led to me returning it. Also, the finish noise was interesting… had to turn that off.
