The benefit of the low profile design, is also the downfall. Late night snacks in the dark are not as easy when you can not see where the start button is.

It even plays a cute little song when your timer or cooking is done. Still, less than three years after purchase the LCD numbers don't display properly. Part of it is broken. So now I'm stuck with an irritating, messed up display and of course, it's out of warranty, so it would cost more to repair than to replace. Since it still cooks well, I'm hanging on to it, but when I do replace it, it won't be another LG.

Its different to use than other microwaves bc the buttons are on the inside and the front is touch screen.

It lights up so you can make sure its cooking well and the sound it makes when done isn't as as annoying as other microwaves. Overall very satisfied so far.

The LG is a much better fit on the countertop, cooks quickly and evenly and plays a cute little jingle at the end of the cycle. Very happy with my choice.

Five roller support glass tray eliminate any wobble with heavy load. Being able to program cooking and make changes with door closed a real great feature!

Had to buy one to see and wow. I can basically cook anything in this thing and it comes out evenly cooked and not too hot. Awesome microwave, definitely recommend.
