The heat on this microwave has been amazing and it’s worked excellent. The noise it makes when it’s done is a little long but if that’s the only downside so far I’ll take that trade-off for a great microwave.

Outstanding microwave. Easy to use. I love how the menu buttons are protected once the door is closed. Great value for the money.

Would have rated better, but died under 5 years for us (Converter went bad). Was good value for the money and we used it daily. Loved the Quick start(30 sec) button on front panel. but felt it was stating to wear out due to holding it too long for adding increments for longer time settings. It did burn popcorn the first few times, but we figured out when to stop based on popping sounds. Made the best nachos with melting cheese at 60% setting.

I love this microwave. It is a replacement for an over the stove one. It heats food so much faster and evenly. The music it plays when finished is cute and much better than an annoying beep. I absolutely recommend it.

The Neochef 1.5 Cu. is wonderful. Good-looking with hidden yet accessible cooking buttons and plenty of options. So far, so good. It cooks /warms up food fast. Thanks LG and Best Buy for this awesome product.

The problem with the microwave is no options of single minutes if I want 23 minutes not able to do that, it has to be an increment of 10 or to stop it in the middle of the function which is very inconvenient. if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t buy it but now it’s too late returning it it will be a hassle for me

Works well so far since its very recent purchase date. Star rating is irrelevant, due to the brief ownership experience. This purchase replaced the Kenmore microwave oven I had for 25 years that worked perfectly, until the centerpiece of the plastic spindle that fits into the hole on the bottom of the oven to rotate the glass plate softened and warped inside the hole. Can this LG microwave oven rival that lifespan, I wonder. Who knows?

I bought as a gift for my sister! We have had one a very long time and luv it! Now she luvs it too!

I like this microwave. It does the job. But I don't love it. I prefer regular buttons to the digital slide for time-set, but other than that it gets the job done!

This microwave is efficient as well as super powerful. Although it takes up some space on my calendar, it has been a godsend and one of my first major appliance purchases and I would not have done anything differently.

This is one of the best currently available countertop microwaves based on several factors. This being said, I did have to return the first one I purchased (something loose internally when running), but I was impressed at how easy Best Buy made the in-store return/exchange process. The second one I took home has worked flawlessly, and I really like the Black Stainless Steel color

I cannot say enough about this microwave, it is fantastic. It heats food quickly and quietly. I looked up how to mute all of the sounds it makes. Really love it.

It heats up food in no time. I just had to get used to putting in the time. There are no numbers. I definitely had to read the manuel to figure it out.

We replaced a much larger microwave with this one, and have been very pleased. I was a bit worried that it would be too small, but the inside is bigger than I had anticipated. Great buy at less than $100.
