Is a very friendly use microwave. have everything we need ,the intirior light let you see wahts inside. We are cooking in less time that from previous microwaves. The chime sound dont bother ,something new and different.

The microwave seems to work really well. The only issue that I have is you cannot punch in specific times. You can only set the time in ten second increments.

Work great no issues whatsoever! You get what you pay for!

Would have rated better, but died under 5 years for us (Converter went bad). Was good value for the money and we used it daily. Loved the Quick start(30 sec) button on front panel. but felt it was stating to wear out due to holding it too long for adding increments for longer time settings. It did burn popcorn the first few times, but we figured out when to stop based on popping sounds. Made the best nachos with melting cheese at 60% setting.

I like this product and its features. My wife though thinks it makes too much noise.

Great brand and LG quality. Microwave worked perfectly exactly per specs. I used this to replace my existing microwave in my built in cabinet. Stainless steel has very nice look.

Works well so far since its very recent purchase date. Star rating is irrelevant, due to the brief ownership experience. This purchase replaced the Kenmore microwave oven I had for 25 years that worked perfectly, until the centerpiece of the plastic spindle that fits into the hole on the bottom of the oven to rotate the glass plate softened and warped inside the hole. Can this LG microwave oven rival that lifespan, I wonder. Who knows?

In the process of recovering from Hurricane Harvey, we picked this microwave based on our research and to match the rest of our LG appliances. We have been surprised at how well this microwave has performed so far.

Absolutely love this appliance!!! Love its stylish appearance. LG definitely got it right!! The price of course was great!!

I’ve used my new microwave one month and I’m delighted with the clear instructions and ease of use. I am upgrading from a ten year old model! My only complaint is finger prints on the stainless steel.

We haven’t used it yet. We are remodeling our kitchen . The black stainless looks great!

This is a fine microwave but I have two problems with it. One is a design fault - the user interface is both on the door and inside the door and it doesn’t include a touch pad that allows entry of numbers. This isn’t LG’s fault - I knew this when I purchased it but I didn’t realize how much I’d miss a user interface that allowed me to enter the actual numbers versus scrolling up and down in 10 second intervals. The second issue is that the rotating table is making a grinding noise already. I’ll return the microwave and hope that the next one doesnt’ do this.

Working better than expected fast and evenly in my experience also will beep after its done until you open door incase you left something in there and forget kinda pro/con

Excellent features! Quick to heat up food and very sleek looking.

I LOVE this microwave. I researched for a long time to find a unit with all the features I wanted. I especially love how the door opens. I had one once where the button to pop the door open broke while using the unit. I have been nervous about that since.

Works good. Had to downgrade as we just redid kitchen and this fit perfect for in cabinet.

I cannot say enough about this microwave, it is fantastic. It heats food quickly and quietly. I looked up how to mute all of the sounds it makes. Really love it.

Purchased in October of 2017. Now December of 2017. This microwave looks very nice and cooks single meals or dishes nicely. Unfortunately the "sensor" cooking seems to be based on the ambient temperature inside the microwave, so that if you've just cooked a frozen dinner (as my busy family of four has to do occasionally) - the inside of the microwave is hot and the sensor thinks the food is hot, but it's not! A dish that would normally take 3:30 winds up being between six and seven minutes because of the "sensor" and there's no way to disable sensor cooking. Otherwise, a very nice microwave. One small quibble, that I could live with were it not for the sensor: there is no number pad. So for one minute and under, you can choose 10 second increments. Beyond a minute or so, all you get are 30 second increments. Not a deal breaker, but having had microwaves I could choose the exact time on since 1980, it takes a little getting used to.
