It still performs all tasks flawlessly except for cooking. It no longer cooks. At all. Nothing. Put in a cup of cold water and heat it for a minute or two. It will still be stone cold. You can call LG's service where they will very politely give you the phone number of your closest service where you can pay to have it fixed because your warranty stopped after a year. If it is the magnetron, it is covered, but the service will cost you pretty much what you'd pay for a new microwave.

The noise it makes when it’s done is a little long but if that’s the only downside so far I’ll take that trade-off for a great microwave.
