I have had this item over a year and I have not have any problems. I like the very clean look that it has. You open the door for more options. What’s up food nicely.

Has plenty of power but main reason to buy is it’s smudge proof. No more fingerprints because it’s a glass front and controls inside door.

Cooks HOT on high! I kick down the power level to avoid ruining my food. There is definitely a learning curve with this microwave, as it’s not very intuitive to use. Keep the manual nearby for cooking codes-there isn’t a one press button for cooking potatoes or popcorn, etc. I don’t use it very often, but I do love it. It looks sharp on the counter too. Helpful to see the food cooking through the window. (Otherwise I’d be burning my nachos to a crisp!) If you keep it on high, even the lowest cooking time in a range of times is too long. Cooks evenly, defrosts nicely. I enjoy the song at the end when the food is finished!

It Works Fine So Far, Looks Okay, Easy For Elders To Operate

I purchased this model to replace a LG 2.0 which door latch broke in less than 4 years of use. I loved that model. I selected this one since the door latch was different. Hope this one holds up better. I've only used it a few days so I have no idea if this one will last.

To be honest, I did not realize this particular Microwave had a new type keyboard scheme when I bought it. Took me some time and a lot of reading to figure out how to utilize all of the functions using LG's new layout scheme. Be aware there is not a number keyboard on this model, which kind of complicates cooking with it! It only program's time in 10 or 30 minute segments, but it does those increments extremely fast!!!

I liked the product since I never bought this brand. I found out how easy it was to operate and fast in heating up my food.

This microwave is excellent and covers everyday use.

This is a very good microwave. I picked it up from the store and got it home and have used it alot since.

Works very well, I like the sound it makes when it's finished instead of the old sound all microwaves made. Cooks well, good so far.

This is a great microwave and it cooks much better than the Samsung we had. We have only had this for about a month but so far no issues. Would recommend.

Sleek, Nice microwave. Miss the individual time buttons but this microwave is so nice you Almost don’t miss them. Like the music instead of the dings when it’s done.

Works good no issues with that. I only wish it had numbers to click for quick start.
