Seems to heat food very well. Only draw back for some might be that the buttons needed to decide on how to time your food is on the inside. Personally - easy to learn and not an issue.

I'm really frustrated by this. Our first one broke less than 6 months. Best Buy wouldn't help me because they said it was still under LG warranty. LG said they changed their policy and would not replace my microwave but would give me money that I paid. I shopped this and bought it on sale! Then get punished because I couldn't buy at that price again. Got another (stupid me) and 3 months after protection plan...guess what it breaks - no help from BB

Best microwave ever
