We have owned several microwaves, and this is one of the best. It cooks food evenly and the Sensor cooking modes work extremely well. I would give this 4.5 stars. I am deducting one-half of a star because the glass plate rattles when cooking. It is seated properly, and this is a minor flaw. I recommend this product.

The microwave itself is ok but the controls are silly. There is no keypad to input, say, 35 seconds, but a slider in increments of 10. The front is sold glass that shows every fingerprint and when cleaned will start on its own because the start command is part of the glass. Whoever designed this never used it.
