To use the timer, presets, power levels and more, you have to open the door and press what you want. There is no keypad for specific numbers, you have to choose everything in multiples of 10 seconds. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's awkward. It serves the purpose of heating my food and I can live with the rest.

I love the way the door opens (no big button to push) and I love the touch control instead of a manual push control. It took a little getting used to in terms of operation, and it takes a few more steps to set a time (you can't just push a button for 2 minutes) but for the overall advantages of it this is a small detail. I would buy it again in a second. It's great!
